IQ Accelerate Founder Iliana Quinonez  is an IT Executive and Certified Executive Coach with more than 25 years of experience working in the high-tech industry around the world.

Her experience includes leadership roles and coaching and mentoring practice in Solutions Engineering, GTM, Business Development, Product Management and Consulting. She has worked at Enterprise Software companies and startups including Salesforce, SAP, BEA systems, and Informix Software. Her startup experience includes successful IPOs as well as companies pivoting and changing paths. All of her experience yields the insights and empathy she uses to advise and coach startup founders, early-stage teams and high-tech professionals. 

Iliana is a big believer in the power of Technology but also understands that Technology is only a tool.  It cannot replace creativity, strategic thinking and human interaction. She is passionate about tech, but perhaps more passionate about people. This led her to found IQ Accelerate, with a mission to help startup founders and high-tech professionals reach their full potential.

Iliana is a passionate advocate for DE&I and an active mentor in her communities. She has held Board Seats at organizations including Upwardly Global (helping immigrant professionals rebuild their careers in the US) and MENTOR California (helping bridge the youth mentoring gap in the state). She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico), an MSc in Information Systems from the London School of Economics (UK) and is a certified Beyond Barriers Coach. She is a frequent radio/podcast guest and speaker at events highlighting the importance of Women Leadership, Latinas in Tech, Women in STEM, Latinx Startups and DE&I.  She lives in San Francisco with her husband and their two daughters.
